Founder & CEO

Chartered Accountant · MBA, XLRI Jamshedpur · CISA

Over 14 years across financial strategy, forensic auditing and tax planning. Partner at Agarwal Sanganeria & Co. (Chartered Accountants) and director at MSA Probe Consulting, with engagements including assisting the SFIO in the IL&FS investigations. Founded NerveBase on a simple conviction: quality of data and ease of data capture are the roots of every productive finance system.

Shweta Shah Sanganeria

Co-Founder & CTO

B.E. Information Science, B.M.S. College of Engineering

Engineering and financial-systems leader with more than a decade across banking and fintech, spanning Bank of America, GoldenSource and CitiusTech, and previously CTO at FITaaF.com. Leads product engineering and architecture at NerveBase, bringing enterprise-grade data discipline to how the platform is built.

Full-stack engineer focused on backend architecture, RAG pipelines and cloud-native deployments on Azure. Previously led production systems as an SDE 2 and project lead at OPM Corporation, with earlier stints at noDevBuild, WNS and Inovare.
